Ministry of Culture to Regulate Mobile Internet

On May 20, Tuo Zuhai, deputy director of the Cultural Marketing Department in China's Ministry of Culture (MOC), said at the opening of the 2009 China Internet Investment and Trade Fair that the MOC has taken note of recent changes in online culture – particularly changes driven by increasing use of the mobile Internet – and is currently researching new opportunities afforded by the technology, as well as new problems and their resolutions.
